The separation is in the preparation. The single most important element in mastering the techniques and tactics of wrestling is experience. Once you have the fundamentals, experience is just a matter of mat time.
Our Coaching Philosophy
We believe in building wrestlers with strong character on and off the mat. We believe in helping the athlete progress as a wrestler and as a person. We believe that wrestling is a team sport where individuals learn how to push each other to reach higher levels together. We believe in prioritizing the wrestling process rather than focusing on fleeting successes. We believe in promoting a champion mindset in the way our athletes prepare and compete. We believe that providing a safe environment where athletes can build long lasting relationships while growing as people and wrestlers is key to retaining athletes in the sport.
